If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of any of our products, we offer the option to return it under the terms established in our policy.

Return Period:

You have a period of no more than 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions: To be accepted:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, with the seal intact and the packaging undamaged.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns of opened or used products are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
