Shipments
- We offer home deliveries to the customer’s address, within the perimeter of the Distrito Nacional only.
- Shipments will be made during business hours from nine (9) a.m. to four (4) p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Shipping costs are established by geographic zone and according to the sector.
- At the time of purchase through the website, the user shall assume the responsibility of providing all information required by the system to complete the order; if this is incorrect or incomplete, the order will remain in the warehouse until it is updated or modified.
- Orders placed through our website www.sancler.com.do will have a waiting period of 24 to 72 business hours (Monday through Friday) for shipments within Santo Domingo, and a period of 48 to 72 business hours (Monday through Friday) for shipments to the interior. The shipping cost will be determined by the website at the time the order is placed.
- The combination of prices from various promotions (such as discount codes, coupons, offers, and others) will not be permitted, nor will promotions from our authorized distributors be valid through the website.
- www.sancler.com.do does not accept shipments of items in a single order addressed to multiple addresses. To send items to additional addresses, you must place a new order in the online store.
- The shipping transport company will not deliver the items if the person receiving them does not present a valid official identification.
